Using the website
Please provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.
Products, purchases, and shop services
Our catalog includes vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind gear. Review each listing’s condition and specifications, and contact the shop with questions before purchasing. Product availability and pricing can change. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it.
Shipping, pickup, returns, payment arrangements, custom orders, and layaway are described in our Shipping & Returns policy and any applicable product-specific information. Submitting a sale, trade, consignment, or repair inquiry does not establish an agreed valuation, acceptance, price, or completion date. Those details must be agreed with the shop.
Photos and information you submit
Submit only material you have permission to share. By sending gear photos or descriptions, you allow us to review and use them to respond to your request and discuss the proposed transaction or service. Submitting an inquiry does not grant blanket permission to use your photos in public advertising.
L.A. Vintage Gear text messaging
If you choose to opt in, L.A. Vintage Gear may send service-related texts about your inquiries, orders, pickup or delivery arrangements, repairs, and sale, trade, or consignment requests. With your separate promotional consent, we may also send texts about new arrivals, special offers, and shop events. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Each SMS consent choice is optional and unchecked by default. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or submitting an inquiry. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if that number changes.
Message frequency varies with your requests and the messaging programs you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to the number sending our texts to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop. To rejoin, opt in again through our signup process.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@lavintagegear.com or (747) 388-2929. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service.
