LA Vintage Gear is proud to present a selection of key instruments from the personal collection of Rick Springfield. This 1967 ES-125DC is a standout player’s guitar with a direct connection to Rick’s career, and it includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming his ownership.
The “DC” designation denotes the Dual pickup configuration and the Florentine Cutaway, offering the full 3 3/8″ body depth of a traditional archtop with the added versatility of a bridge pickup and upper-fret access. This is a “player grade” vintage Gibson honest, resonant, and ready for the stage. It features its original Sunburst finish, though we note a small area of overspray on the left face of the headstock. There seems to be a repair where the jack connects to the body (shown in photos).
