Fender Custom Shop “Jaco Pastorius Tribute” Bass Guitar 2015

The Jaco Pastorius Relic Jazz Bass is a faithful recreation of the bass master's famously distressed sunburst finish fretless Jazz Bass, and is a result of meticulous research done in cooperation with his technician. Features include a select alder body, specially shaped maple neck, epoxy-coated fretless rosewood fingerboard & knurled chrome Precision Bass control knobs. NOTE: The previous owner that we acquired this from did not have a COA or OHSC. This comes with a Gig Bag.

Cosmetic Condition: Intentionally "aged" at the factory to give it that well-worn "vintage" look - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear.

Neck: Slender profile "C" shaped maple neck with 12" radius rosewood fingerboard & dot inlays. Open-gear nickel tuners in perfect working condition. 1.5" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.

Body: Contoured, solid alder body in sunburst finish. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles. There is no pickguard & the bass weighs 8 lbs 10.6 oz.

Electronics: Custom '60s Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickups. Dual volume & master tone controls with knurled flat-top knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
