1975 Marshall JMP 1987 Lead 50 Watt Head – From the Collection of Thom Rotella

Here we have a 1975 Marshall JMP 50 Lead Model number 1987. This amp is in overall very good shape for it’s age. There are a couple of extra holes drilled in the chassis from  previous mods that have been undone. Chassis is mostly original with only the needed filter caps changed during routine maintenance.  The amp features it’s original Drake transformers and it sounds incredible. There’s nothing like the natural overdrive from these amps. This one comes to us from the collection of LA session player Thom Rotella.
