1970 Marshall Smallbox 50 Head – Awesome Marshall Tones!

Here we have an awesome Marshall Small Box 50 Lead Head Model number 1987. This amp is in overall very good shape for it's age. There is a fan that was installed on the side of the head shell. The logo on the front is the incorrect size but can easily be pulled out and a proper one fitted in the original holes in the head shell. The amp is currently fitted with 6550 power as many imported Marshall were at one time. Chassis is mostly original with only the needed filter caps changed during routine maintenance.  The amp features it's original Drake transformers and it's original 2 prong power cord. It sounds incredible. There's nothing like the natural overdrive from these amps.
